RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased item. To exercise this right, the Customer must send, within the indicated timeframe, an email to info@glowdonna.it indicating: the subject of the request (REFUND - ITEM EXCHANGE), Name, Surname, Address, Order Number, Telephone Number. As soon as this communication is sent, the Customer must ship, at their own expense and using a courier of their choice, the product they intend to return, including the order summary received and the receipt in the shipment. Once the returned product has been received, GLOW DONNA will proceed with: REFUND: via direct refund via PayPal, Stripe, Klarna. Or via bank transfer in case of cash on delivery. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product by GLOW DONNA. The refund will include the cost of the returned product and will not include shipping costs. Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer. ITEM EXCHANGE: when the product arrives at the headquarters, the exchange will be sent, the re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In this case, the email and the related printout must specify that you wish to exchange the item and the desired item. The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not liable for compensation, for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item. All risks related to the transport of the returned product are the responsibility of the customer. The return shipment is always the customer's responsibility. Reshipping is always the customer's responsibility.
